ISC Udyog Limited was incorporated in the year 1994 as a 100% export oriented company. The company's earlier name was 'Heruk Agro Foods Ltd', but was changed to 'ISC Udyog Ltd.' with effect from August 20, 2009.
The company’s main objective was grow cut rose flowers. In view of this, the company entered into technical collaboration with 'Moshav Lachish' Association of Agricultural Co-operative Society Ltd and marketing agreement with Agrxo Agricultural lixport Company Ltd, Israel. The cost of production and export in India was very high compared to other European countries. Further, the company could not get required financial assistance from banks, therefore, the company could not grow cut rose flowers. So, the company started its two divisions for data processing, software development and training centre for medical transcription in the year 2000-2001.
Heruk Agro Foods Ltd was suspended from the BSE with effect from February 3, 2003.
