Bharti Airtel’s wholly owned subsidiary - Airtel Payments Bank, has enabled 100 villages across Tamil Nadu to go cashless to take its banking services deep into rural/unbanked areas and contribute to financial inclusion. Till date, over one lakh savings accounts have been opened with Airtel Payments Bank across Tamil Nadu. A network of over 16,000 neighbourhood Airtel stores across the state act as banking points and offers basic banking services to customers.

There were no 483s issued by USFDA at the end of the inspection. Titagarh Wagons, the flagship company of Titagarh Group, will look at coach-making bids for upcoming metro railway projects in cities such as Vijayawada, Mumbai and Pune. The company has already ramped up its metro coach making facility at Uttarpara - 30 km from Kolkata - at an estimated investment of over Rs 150 crore. The facility now has a 25 units (coach) per month capacity. The company had previously bagged a contract for rehabilitation of 56 coaches (seven rakes) from the Kolkata Metro Railway.
Tata Motors has developed its most powerful truck ever which will be on display at the Buddh International Circuit near Delhi this week. The fourth edition of T1 will see 400 bhp Primas belt the race track on Sunday in what is expected to be a high voltage event. Two prototypes of the 1000 bhp Prima will be on display at the event to showcase the prowess of the Tata Motors engineering team in Jamshedpur which worked for over a year on making this a reality.
