IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company’s joint venture (JV) has been issued a Letter of Award (LoA) by MPRDC for road projects to be carried out in Madhya Pradesh. The projects are worth Rs 175.49 crore to be completed within 20 months. The JV (51:49) has been declared as the lowest bidder for Package no P-2 by the Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation (MPRDC) for widening and reconstruction of Ganj - Rajnagar Road, Laundi -Mahoba Road, Nawgong - Shrinagar Road & Baxwaha - Dalpatpur Road funded by New Development Bank under Madhya Pradesh Major District Roads Upgradation Project (MPMDRUP).
BEML has bagged a prestigious order worth Rs 1,421 crore from Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation (BMRCL) for supply of 150 sets of Intermediate Metro Cars to augment the existing 3 Car Trains supplied by BEML to 6 Car trains. The supply of Intermediate Metro Cars to BMRCL shall commence from June 2018 and to be completed by December 2019. With the above order, the overall order book position of the company has crossed Rs 7,500 crore mark.
Shriram EPC (SEPC) has been awarded an overseas contract for an amount of $107.76 million to be executed in JV with Larsen & Toubro out of which SEPC share will be 25%. This engineering and procurement and construction order has been secured from the Ministry of Water & Irrigation United Republic of Tanzania for the extension of Water transmission pipeline from the Lake Victoria Water supply scheme to Tabora, Nzega and lgunga Towns (Package II). The scope of work involves survey, design, procurement, construction and installation of pumping stations, rising and gravity/mainlines, elevated and ground level storage reservoirs, branch lines and distribution network and water kiosks for the creation of a comprehensive water supply and transmission pipeline to Tabora town and 33 other villages that are en route.
Dilip Buildcon has been declared as the Lowest-1 (L-1) bidder for two projects of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MORTH) in the state of Maharashtra. The first project is for rehabilitation and up-gradation of two lane with paved shoulders on EPC Mode from Kalamb to Wadki (Kalamb - Ralegaon - Wadki), total Length of the project is 50.275 Km, worth Rs 292.50 crore. The second project is for rehabilitation and up-gradation of two lane with paved shoulder on EPC mode, from Mantha Taluka Border to Barshi, total length of the project is 57.518 Km worth Rs 288.00 crore.
Fiem Industries has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with VKL Holding Co. SPC, a Company established in the Kingdom of Behrain. As per MoU, both the entities are interested for feasibility study and thereafter establishing a joint-venture company in Behrain to facilitate a joint working partnership between both companies to establish a LED Lighting factory to manufacture and market LED Lights in Behrain and whole of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member countries.
India Home Loan has entered into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with National Housing Bank (NHB) for implementation of Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme for MIG (Middle Income Group) for providing interest subsidy scheme to Middle Income group segment in urban areas as a part of ‘Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (Urban) - Housing for All’ mission. The company had already entered into MoU with NHB for implementation of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (PMAY-CLSS) for beneficiaries of EWS/LIG.
